  today was national ice cream day, was told I would get a BOGO free ice cream deal at Carvel but guess what I didn't. It was $9 for 2 ice cream cones. She asked me if she could help me and the WALKED AWAY when I started to order. Then, I got the "Reese's peanut butter cup" flavor and she didn't even know what I was talking about and made me show her. Finally, I went to eat my ice cream and it was WARM. Idk what kind of nonsense runs this store but I'm never going back there.

  Horrible customer service!! Place is not even kept well , dimly lit and ice cream Temperature poor. I asked for soft chocolate, she gave me mixed vanilla n chocolate! When I repeated, she insisted I said mixed! She insisted on giving me the mixed ice cream. With her attitude, I told her I want my money back! Never come back!!!
