  Called to make sure a tenants check was good from their bank. At first they didn't answer and wanted me to go online to make an appointment. I called back and the associate told me she was to busy to give me the information and to call another number. I was trying to avoid one of their clients bouncing a check. Terrible experience, terrible customer service. I would never bank with them totally unprofessional.
